It is hard to beat
a New Year's celebration
at 7:50.

Dancing jaybird girl
it's time to put on jamis.
She revels in love.

Bounce Around the Room
plays as she spins in circles,
giggling and squealing.

I am spinning too
dancing, basking in music
and radiant joy.

My husband/Her dad
smiles, joins in celebrating
the Moment. Year. Now.
